Ordering and Shipping Information
For variable items with fill-in fields, please complete all applicable fields carefully, and check for anything pre-filled to ensure it does not need to be changed. After entering or changing your selections, you will see a preview/proof of your order. Be certain you have checked all pages, front and back, carefully for any typographical errors, punctuation, re-flow, and overlapping type, and any other incorrect customized content. If using a QR code option, we recommend scanning the code on your screen to ensure it is linked to the correct webpage or app you are pointing to. Once you have checked your proof, select the ARTWORK APPROVED check box for the item and add it to the cart. DO NOT select this checkbox and continue with the order unless the artwork is 100% correct. The file you see is what is automatically sent to the press for printing. We will not make edits or corrections to your proof based on comments added to the order. Comments should only be used for any communication to the approver. If you need assistance correcting the content of your proof, please contact us before checking out by phone or email marked urgent to support@osprint.com .
Unless you have manager-level permissions, business card orders placed are subject to manager order approval. When your manager approves your order, you will receive a 2nd email confirmation to let you know the order has been approved. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a cancellation email with the reason for the order rejection. Once orders are submitted, proofs are locked and cannot be edited by users or managers. If you wish to resubmit the order, you will need to create a new order, or you may view your cancelled order and re-order the item(s), then edit, and re-submit your order for approval again. Managers can only edit billing or shipping addresses and notes.
Please allow 7 business days from approval for production of personalized or custom variable data printed products. In stock items, such as most promotional items and apparel, are normally shipped within 1-2 business days. We ship from Southern California via FedEx or UPS ground. Charges for production and shipping are billed directly to your company; no payment is required at the time of ordering. If you need to request expedited shipping, it requires corporate office approval. After placing your order, please email your order number and requested in-hands delivery date to businesscards@unitekcollege.edu . If approved and required to meet your in-hands requested date, the shipping on your order will be manually upgraded.
